I am an experienced real estate leader and a Founding Partner in Elevate. I am known for my ability to successfully engage with a wide range of very different stakeholders, from private equity firms and family investors to listed businesses. I am a ‘people person’ – just as comfortable in the boardroom as I am on the shop floor.

My strength lies in my commercial acumen, using my insights and unwavering focus on long-term value creation to build trust and confidence at every level, resulting in real growth for the business.

I am a founding partner in Elevate and a business development expert with  a skill set for driving real transformation and change.

I have collaborated both from a real estate and partnership perspective, with some of the biggest retail brands in the UK and Europe, including H&M, Tesco, and Claire’s.

Always having an eye on multi channel growth is essential. I have a track record in delivering and scaling partnership growth. Building strong and trusted relationships is a great foundation for sustainable growth.

    Founder of Applegarth Retail     Advisory consultancy with clients Crosstown Dough Ltd and Comptoir Group.

    Claire’s VP of Concessions in Europe. Transitioned a brick & mortar retailer into a partnerships brand and developed European growth pipeline. Grew concession sales by 150% in two years and built partnerships with brands including Asda, Matalan, and Toys Centre.

    Claire’s VP of Business Development and Real Estate. As European Property Director led a team to manage 1,000 stores across Europe. Also responsible forInternational Franchise Operations.
